I was watching it live on TV, and the funniest thing happened before Orgeron answered the phone. Rich dialed the number, a staffer answered the phone, and Eisen identified himself and asked for the coach. The lady said "One moment, please", and put Eisen on hold. Immediately, the "on hold" music started to play........

The bemused look on Eisen and his staff was priceless!!
They couldn't even comment; they looked like they were unable to speak as they had dumb grins on their faces.
