So an employer drug tests for MJ, it shows up in system, you provide your MJ card to the lab and all's good?

Still illegal federally.

Also, illegal to have a lot of drugs in your system. Legal or not.

nope...depends on your company's drug and alcohol policy. if they say you can't do it, then you can't do it.

Its truly unbelievable how naive people are about this.

Companies can still set their own drug policies.

Most construction and healthcare jobs, for example, still don't allow it to show up in piss tests in Colorado.

The world isn't going to all of sudden end if a plant is made legal.

being it's about to be medicinally used, it's possible some employers will allow it's use, with valid documentation...

of course, LA is an "at will" state, so they could fire you for wearing a T shirt with a picture of weed on it, much less actually having it in your system during a drug screen, so i guess we'll see....
