To be fair... the EC did state that he would retain eligibility at VC... so if he wants to play bad enough... then he has a spot. As if the school that blew the whistle would take him back. Given the quotes from the VC coach in the other thread, that's not really an option, now is it?
From those quotes it appears the VC coach torched any bridge that may have existed.

The EC said that is possible only if he moves back. The kid has to be eligible somewhere in the place that he currently lives. It's not fair to say "yea you can move back where you used to live and be eligible at that school that fired your Dad." That's extremely dumb.

So the first move isn't a bona fide one, but the second move, which clearly would be ONLY for athletic purposes, is ok?
In what universe does that make any sense?
