They had a DC v Marvel crossover in 1996 that spun off the Amalgam Comics. LINK Marvel characters won the fan votes.
For me, I'm not sure how the current movie Avengers characters would even stand a chance.
Current Avengers:
Scarlet Witch - a really weak version
Hulk
Vision
Iron Man
Captain America
Black Widow
Thor
War Machine
Hawkeye
Vision
Falcon
Spider-Man
Current DCEU Justice Leaguers:
Superman
Cyborg
Batman
Wonder Woman
Aquaman
Flash
I really don't see a contest here. The Justice League members seem far more powerful and better equipped to win this fight.

Not really Thor could probably take Superman the guy took on the power of a star and cut through the power of all six infinity stones. Not to mention Superman has a weakness to magic so add Strange in there.
Then we'd have Scarlet Witch Hulk, Strange, Captain Marvel, Spider-Man and Iron Man all being stronger them everyone else besides WW.
