re: What is with this new trend of scaring kids for views? (an afternoon rant)

I NEVER put my kids on any form of stupid social media; that being said, when the boys were about 2 1/2 to 3, we would play "hide and seek," and I told them to close their eyes so that I couldn't see them. They believed it.

Whenever they closed their eyes I would say "where did you go? I can't find you!" Then they would open their eyes and I would say "There you are!"

ok, csb....but it was fun at the time.
