Breaded and fried.
Make an egg wash, dip your chop, into a plate of Progresso Italian style bread crumbs, coat both sides evenly, into your oil at 350 until nicely browned on both sides.

Doing this very same thing for tonight's meal. I have some chops from the freezer thawing and will trim them, use my meat hammer to pound them thin, egg wash, Italian bread crumbs and fry.
I'll be fixing either potatoes au gratin or mashed potatoes and gravy to go with them. Haven't made up my mind on that part just yet.
