It could be the placebo effect or me getting less fat/slow but I got my Nike 4% shoes today and tested them for a mile.
Very fun and weird experience and took 35 seconds off my best mile since I started running in September.
Back in the box till my April 10K where I'll get a pace for my New Braunfels half marathon training plan.
