Without nerding to death, did it actually say 109 million shares or are you just doing the math.

Reason I ask is under GAAP if you have a common stock payable for a fixed number of shares, it should got to sharesholder's equity - if variable it stays as a liability until issued (by variable I mean a variable number of shares to issue for a fixed amount or at a discount to market etc...).

I assume their accounting just sucks and shouldn't read into classification. And yes at a minimum it would be 109 million shares ….. but don't worry Dad assured us no dilution.

I just used the number for “stock payable” listed under liabilities and divided by current share price. The way it’s listed on there makes it look like they owe those shares to somebody, not as treasury stock or anything like that

I’m assuming you’re correct on that IF for some reason they followed GAAP (for once), that it is for a variable amount of shares which will be no less than 109 million. Also, that liability went up around 500% since q1
