How about alcohol? Particularly Gin & red wine?
You can afford yourself a glass or two of wine, but that's about it.
Gin is 0 carbs so, as long as you afford yourself a carb-free mixer, you're golden.
Alcohol is a bit tricky from what I understand because, while it doesn't kick you out of ketosis, it does stop the fat burning process because your body will switch to burning the alcohol while it's in your system. At least that's what I parsed from a couple articles.

You keep posting this an its 100% false when it comes to ketosis. When fat adapted, there is no muscle wasting until you run out of fat stores. I Don't think anyone in this thread has that problem
This. I've continued to lift 3-4 days a week throughout. While I haven't really made many gains of note, I have at least maintained all my pre-Keto lifting numbers while running a calorie deficit. The plan is to get to the mid-160's and then use winter to try to put on some muscle. Maybe do a month of Keto in the spring to cut off 10 lbs or so afterwards.
