Against this same SELU team. How does that happen?

They probably have good coaching on offense

So our backups would be backups at ULM too?

yes and its ok that our team didn't give a shite. I mean O is nice and safe and no one had an issue that miles couldn't get his teams ready for small schools.

Plus we know E is so great as indicated by his last 20 years as oc so who needs the live reps

Well that's a problem too. This team has a lack of maturity.

What the hell have these guys accomplished to where they think they can take anyone lightly?

Didn't they also give up 31 points?

Turn over the ball twice?

Almost lose the damn game?

They had that many yards because they needed to. Or else they lose.

Ok. ULM May or may not beat Arkansas State. Bama beat them by 50.

I've given up trying to compare LSU football to other football programs. We've seen it time and time again under Les where a common or lesser opponent throttles other teams while LSU underwhelms with the same level of opponent. Then LSU plays that throttling team and beats the hell out of them.

It doesn't make it any less of a mystery why LSU rarely seems to thrash scrub teams, but it's definitely LSU's M.O.

Exactly the point. Comparing teams based on common opponents is futile. Especially when there is no way to know how good those common opponents are.

Our backups are more talented then their starters, and while I can't don't really know, I'll be willing to bet it's not close. Especially in the trenches.

I would bet ULM doesn't have a single four star on their entire roster. I doubt the have a singe three star fat body.
