I fly every week for work mostly southwest due to location. Last time they lost a bag of mine they delivered it to my door as soon as it came in on the next flight. Also texted me to keep me updated. They are good in my book

Go buy yourself a nice electric razor, new toothbrush, deodorant, new suit etc. Pretty much anything that you'd "need". Airline will reimburse you up to a certain limit think it's like 3k.
Had a coworker lose his luggage on a job in Florida. Got himself a bunch of brand new tools and FRs for free because he had to get to the site ASAP. Southwest paid him back for every bit and delivered his luggage 2 days later to the hotel.

I’ve encountered her once. I was looking for a SW administrator for something completely unrelated and went to go ask her after getting off my flight. I got put on the spot with a quickness and had to convince her I was there on “serious business” and not to play games
As I walk away, some dude starts singin Ice Ice Baby and had the Gate rolling
