Waitr sucks worse than fast food.

I ordered a very simple 2 entree orders from a respected BR restaurant.
The driver gets here on time...but looks and acts like Drexyl from the movie TRUE ROMANCE. He has his music blaring...has the dreds...and headphones on his stupid ears when he comes to my door. And of course, the restaurant VOLUNTEERS to call us to let us know that poboy is still sitting in their window waiting to be picked up and bagged and ready for delivery.
Is the problem with Waitr or the restaurants themselves? Not a fan of a cracked out Gary Oldman coming to my door with earbuds. Also not a fan of the constant miscommunication between the 2 parties.

They just called me and said "poboy is still at window"...40 min after delivery. I think they're lying.

I've used Waitr probably close to 10 times and have only had an issue once. And that was just that the salsa had spilled out from a Mexican restaurant. Otherwise it's always been fast and correct.

I got other food I ordered. And just now...Waitr refunded the money for the missing part of the order.
Some other dude brought the order. So...I got the sandwich plus refund.

Its an app that I assume, doesn't really do a personal interview with people before they hire them.. to deliver food.
If someone dressed business casual, was extremely polite and offered to put your food out for you to eat, then you should be surprised.. Otherwise.. It's like a jack in the box (not the fast food place.. I am talking about the kid toy),

And it should not be that way. I think the only reason I dont have 100 percent riff raff coming to my door is that one must own a vehicle -- or have damned good access to one. Hell...I dont know. This is not an option for me. I am never going to Waitr.

I love Waitr and your title sucks as they got you your food and a refund. Sounds like a good deal.

I use Waitr a lot and the only problems I've ever had have been with restaurants messing up the order, not with Waitr.
