that’s exactly what you did.

Not at all, I'm looking at the record on immigration for conservatives for the last 50 years, and I'm seeing pretty much an open border policy - as well as the amnesty that occurred under Reagan.

The only people truly concerned about the results of this race don't live in TX. It will be a minor miracle if he's within 10% of Cruz. And Cruz sucks. But he doesn't want my money.

Until a dem candidate can think of a platform beyond identity politics and wealth distribution, they will continue to get smoked every election in this state. Y'all are wasting keystrokes worrying about this outcome.

I live in the DFW area and it is not going to be close. Yes Beto has more yard signs, but the only way it is even a single digits win for Cruz is if people don't turn out.

Basically it is close to this: Everyone voting for Beto has a yard sign or bumper sticker, everyone without one of those items is a Cruz supporter. Now not 100% will vote, but it will be like Miami before and after the game Sunday.

Luckily, I don't do that. I have a lot of conservative tendencies as well as a lot of liberal tendencies, and I'm not a member of any party.

Yep, same shite happened to CO.

In Co they passed a voting regulation that allowed people to simply claim they intend to move to the district and they then must be given a standard ballot...not a provisional. A handful of leftists with an agenda can cancel out the votes of legitimate residents, and when done en mass, cancel out the legitimate votes of the whole state.

Same reasoning as to how some people think there are more Aggies or LSU folks in Houston than U of Texas alumni.

Because of the enrollment differential through the years, it's a statistical impossibility. Yet obnoxious stickers lead non-critical thinkers to make the aforementioned case.

But the voters are continually pushing Texas purple to the point some beta douche guy running for Senate will come within single digits of one of the best Senators.

My sense is people are more turned off by Cruz than turned on by Beto...that kissing the ring shite with Trump after he made all those crazy allegations about his father and "Lyin' Ted" looked really weak. Bottom line, though, he's going to win.

Fox news?? Fox has practically become the Nation magazine or Mother Jones.
Bunch of far left talking heads. This time next year they will have posters of Che in the background.

Yep, same shite happened to CO. I would add the influx of Mexicans also, although some are hard working, large numbers are on gov't benefits. Only blue counties are in the valley and in large metro areas. White guilt and the hippies age lefties don't help.

You mean the first state to come to its senses and actually let free adults make their own free decisions? If you notice, there aren’t any red states that think their citizens are capable of being free

Riiiight...don't you think those people should, at least be, legitimate voters for the districts they are voting in and not roll called operatives that state..."I intend to move here" and are handed a ballot?

Will come back and read the rest of this but had to comment.

Texas needs to do something about property taxes. Those things are killers, basically you might have land in your family for 90 years and guess what, you don't own it because if you can't pay the taxes your land is gone.

That is BS.

Otherwise it is a great state except for Houston and Dallas.

You don't see Cruz or Trump signs around Austin because the progressive cucks will tear your shite up.

Not going to call Democrats liberal anymore because a liberal is a good thing. This abortion that is taking over the Democratic party is not liberal, it is fascist.
