Why does no one call Jamerson and Moore “projects”? Both were drafted by the saints to play different positions than what they played in college.

I guess it's more understood 5th round on is full of projects, special teamers, and low ceiling guys.
4th round you can usually still find players of a higher quality, but not always (depends on the depth of the draft).
