First, you are a milktoast metrosexual.
Now, that's out of the way, I agree with this......the author is spot on for the most part. I would also insert one huge thing: being passive-aggressive. That is a big no-no.

Being passive aggressive and sarcastic is a lost art that is great when employed strategically.
