You refuse to track anything. You insist you know everything. You are lying to yourself.
No way you are 280 bills and only eating 1500 calories a day. Even if they are 1500 calories of carby mess.
This way you can tell yourself it’s not your fault and you can’t change your situation. This way you don’t need to try.
It’s a free country. You can be a fat slob. You will probably take 20-25 years off your life and not have a good quality of life for the last 15-20 years that you do have.
