There is a very, VERY small chance this is true. You can lie to yourself and continue to be a fatass or you can look yourself in the mirror and make changes. You seem to want to do the former and live in an excuse filled false narrative.

I've lost weight and kept it off for a good while twice. Both times it was eating very low amounts of calories and running a couple miles every day. Even then I was only around 180. And I felt lightheaded and unhealthy most of the time.

Youe definition of low is normal. You don't even need to eat everyday to thrive, in fact a lot of modern science says you shouldn't.

Another bullshite excuse. If your metabolism is slow you would hold on to the energy from what you did eat longer so you wouldn't feel light headed. Again, you're just making excuses and rationalizing your irresposible behavior.

You felt light headed and unhealthy because you are a sugar addict. You were going through withdrawals. You needed to increase your electrolyte intake to get rid of most of those symptoms.

You do not need to eat daily. If you are FAT you have a surplus of calories. Stop eating and fast. Then live a fasting focused lifestyle and keep your carbs below 20g.
