I'm a big guy, about 280. And I don't eat that much really.
I had some cereal for breakfast, a small portion of shrimp and pasta salad for lunch. And I'll probably have a 6 subway sandwich when I get home.
That's about normal for me, sometimes even less.
The only times I've had much success staying skinny and/or losing weight was when I eat less than 1500 calories a day and run.
Not saying that I shouldn't exercise more. But acting like everyone that is overweight sits around eating McDonald's and cupcakes while chugging regular cokes is dumb.
I know plenty if skinny people that eat 4 times the amount I do.

1. What you're eating isn't at all conducive to a healthy lifestyle
2. I can almost guarantee you are lying to yourself about hoe much you eat. Track it for a couple weeks and you'll see that you are consuming much more than you think you are.

Doubtful, but if true, it's because they excercise. You aren't immune to science.

You’re stuffing your fat face full of carbs and SUGAR. You are an addict much like an alcoholic you are addicted to sugar. Stop being fat and fast. Break the addiction by fasting and you will lose weight.

Your portions of carb intake tell all. All three meals are carb-laden...cereal, pasta, bread. Carbs are sugar. Sugar is calories. Calories are fat builders. Your quantities are vague... some cereal, small portion of...shrimp, pasta (and dressing?j, 6 (inch?) subway sandwich (kind?) Every night? No clear detail on in-betweens, what you drink, etc. Friend, this pattern of eating is not helping you, in case you might want to control your weight, before it really gets out of hand.
