So is there a trick to starting a Facebook page for a business since that is what both of yall have mentioned?

Start smaller and build up. Look for the local trading sites and join those. Instagram is another good way to share pics. My wife dabbled in this for a while when she had a space rented at a store. She would use her FB and Insta to advertise, and tagged the store in them, which they loved. Hers was a little bit of woodwork, and mostly small decorations that she made. She went to little trade shows a few times as well, had business cards printed up and handed them out. Most of the money she makes from it was custom orders instead of stuff she would just make to stock the rental space. But she wouldn't have gotten those orders without some form of advertising.

As far as an actual FB business page, I know they charge for that, but we never set one up. I'm sure the info is out there somewhere.
