think there is an airport in Ohio. Use some of your new disposable income on flights if you don’t want to miss anything. For less than $4k/yr, you could fly home every month
How can I do this? Does a certain airline offer this? I’ll be living just outside of Cleveland. Like some of you said I am expecting a brutal winter. Will definitely take some getting used to.

Do you really want to get into the habit of flying home that often?
It just seems like it would get to the point where that is your end game every month and it will make it more difficult adapt.

There isn’t a prepaid ticket package. I assumed ~$300 r/t tickets. I’m not saying catching a flight home every month is the way to transition, but it helps to know you aren’t cut off from everything you know. Learn to play the credit card points game and you won’t have to come out of pocket as much.

I've spent a lot of time in the Cleveland area. The city is so so but some of the suburbs are nice. It's a different kind of cold up there on that lake baw. Outside of winter the weather is great though.
The women aren't as attractive as Southern women on average but there are obviously exceptions. The local food isn't as good either except for Italian food which is better.
Midwestern people are pretty friendly. There's all major professional sports, some great golf courses too if that's your thing.
You are young and single. It will be an adventure. It's not like you are stuck there if you don't like it.

My sister and her husband moved up there for his job and live in Mentor. They love it but get tired of the winters.
