I mean I'm pretty sure I have an idea about what is coming in a general sense. But i'm a bit of a nut about story structure and dissecting how different authors set up the flow of long series. Keep notebooks about the way people handled things that I enjoy and stuff from books and movies I see - i have a general story outline i've been working on for a while that I use the notes to help guide me in interesting directions.
Going to buy book 3 later today but my guesses on book 3 content - so potential spoilers below and some subtle references to book 1 and 2 stuff:
The bondsmagi will obviously be the main antagonists - I assume the Falconer has in fact figured out how to get around his newfound disabilities.
We finally get to meet Sabetha - was thinking it may happen in Book 2, but can't see why he would push it another book. He could play this a few ways that would make sense, fighting the bondsmagi, prisoner of the bondsmagi or somehow working with or being a bondsmagi.
I also think there is more to Lock Lamora than we are lead to believe. Hoping it isn't "noble lineage" but I would imagine he has to have some sort of magical or unknown abilities (best way for him to get out of the situation he was left in at the end of book 2).

Pretty good theories.
Book 3 won’t disappoint.
I was not a fan of book 2. Was OK but I thought the pirate adventure didn’t mesh with the casino heist. Think it would have been better to just stick with one of those story lines and maybe revisit the other in its own book.
And I read it immediately after Lies and here was no way it could be that good.

Some, or all of that may or may not happen.
