You can see why the job search process frustrates me so much. Oh and I interviewed with two people over the phone for that job, a recruiter in San Fransisco and a hiring manager in Vancouver. This was for a job in Baton Rouge. I never actually went to the office or talked to anybody there.

So the people who decided to hire you, did so without ever meeting you in person? That's good for you, but wouldn't like that idea if I was running a company.
