Yes, both of my post-college jobs
1 was conducting cybersecurity audits for industrial control systems
The other was estimating projects for a large industrial contractor
both companies threw me in to the fire and had me rethinking life, trying to cope with how stupid I was. i suffered existential crises with both, but figured them out

Are you at a certain large E+I company in BR?
If so I played ball for one of the head estimators as a kid. Only person I ever met from Cali that I actually liked. Dude can hammer the fish.
