Shows very obviously that we're leaning towards pro style pocket passers
exactly. has been that way all along for O.
Miles liked the dual threat QB but wouldn't let him dual threat - wanted him to be a pocket passer. blows my mind.
dual threats are generally sandlot football players. in college they can be very good and win championships, with the right team. Jamarcus Russell was one of the best sandlot qb's ever. Hurts has a lot of skills but can't find the downfield open receiver often enough when scrambling.

Russell had 79 yards rushing and 4 TDs in his 3 years at LSU.

I'm betting Burrow exceeds that this year. Russell was mobile, but he was a pocket passer.

Jamarcus was far from a dual threat
And did you just compare him to jalen Hurts?
JR is the best passing Qb LSU has ever had and Hurts can barely complete a pass over 15 yds

Hello MacFly! Burrow is a DT. Peter Parrish is a DT. They are going after Tua’s brother who’s at DT. So to say they are leaning toward pockets passers is an asinine statement. Especially if we are truly running RPO’s.
