Sure he is. But what Coach would not play the best option at a position? Burrow is probably more polished and consistent than the QBs on the roster, can you blame O for playing him?
Why would he play someone that in his mind doesn’t give him and his team the best shot to win?

Do you have any links to coaches that don't play QBs that are ready to play and give them the best chance to win vs a QB that is developing and "might be good" someday?
