If the government can't talk a single attorney into taking your case, they have to let you walk.

In the healthcare case, if the government can't find a single doc to work on you, you die.

So that's the difference, freedom vs. death.

Well for one attorneys who are appointed to people who can't afford them work for the local government, and have chosen to do so.
