It’s a 2009. Friend of mine was behind me the other day said the truck isn’t straight like it’s driving cocked sideways a little bit. I can’t tell while driving it but he swears to it

I’ve noticed this a lot, but only on the Ford Econoline vans. It’s like they go down the road a little sideways like a crab.
Has your truck ever been in an accident?

if leaf springs or hanger (little pivot thing at the back) are lose or bushings gone this will cause truck to lean
also if the leaf spring u-bolts are lose the rear axle can shift and throw the rear end out of alignment
