my only solace in this current outrage culture is that people eventually grow weary of it all and push back against it
this is my hope
and maybe Trump is the guy that will inadvertently move us in the right direction by pushing everything over the edge

The people are weary of the msm attacks daily on Trump.
It may be good for the left base but I think thats it.

my heart says you're correct
my brain says social media and the advanced psychological manipulation used by the major media have warped too many brains
think of it like adrenaline junkies who have to go more extreme to get the dose. people have been primed for instant gratification and BOOMs/gotchas and require that. your best bet is that they lose interest in politics and their warped focus/responses go onto something else (like the Bachelor or a Kardashian show)
