A skin-on chicken thigh is 7:2 SFA/MUFA : PUFA, so you aren't getting a ton of any sort of PUFA there. But yeah it's about 10:1 6:3 within that.
Have you looked into the O6:3 ratio in free range versus caged and shite-fed?

Yes free range is an much better but still not great. Most people assume healthy equals chicken breast where the ratio is something like 17:1. That shite isn't healthy for most. Beef is something like 3:1 or something like that.
The free range thing makes biggest difference from eggs from what I have scene.
