Brennan isn’t ready to start if that’s what you’re suggesting.

It's funny how 3 months ago though, the story was that "we finally have a quarterback." Now, Brennan isn't ready to start.

Burrow will start with Narcisse having packages just like Flynn/Perrilloux. Stop spreading bullshite.

Nah, he’s not, but he’s been outperforming McMillian since fall camp 2017. The reason Burrow hasn’t been named starter yet is because if they did, McMillian would immediately transfer. He came extremely close to transferring when Burrow arrived in the summer, but O was able to convince him to stay by telling him they’d have an open competition in fall. Burrow has been the best Qb by far through camp and will be your starter against Miami, but don’t expect that to be announced until shortly before the game, if at all. They want to keep Justin on roster as the emergency QB because they plan on redshirting Myles after we play the cupcake games on our schedule. Not only that, but Lowell is still light years behind the others in mechanical and mental development so they don’t want to rush him out there either. Absolutely no way McMillian starts, don’t believe the media bullshite.

Brennan will redshirt this year.

Barring injury, Burrow will absolutely be the starter. They don't want to lose JM, though, because he is our backup QB this year and could very well play a lot if Burrow gets injured or struggles.

Narcisse won't play much, but we'll have a small package with him that will be used at certain times.
