no one really expected or was counting on fulton being eligible this season, were they?
it's a non-issue. things are just like they were. nothing's changed.
btw, F*** the NCAA!

i think its more the principal. since 2011 it feels as if every possible thing that could go wrong has gone wrong. its not only been 7 fricking years of bad luck at every turn, but its been 7 fricking years of getting worked over by the SEC and NCAA at every turn.
personally, Im good. Im done with that. enough is enough. Im tired of being treated like some cute little novelty program. we're LSU. we should be scary, not scared, we have that in us if we're willing to turn it lose. we're the 800 pound gorilla with a chainsaw with a dick. its time we started to act like it.

This is true. Everyone joining in on the pity party is just making it worse.
No time to feel sorry for ourselves, just go out there and win football games.
KF is going to keep working. The team is going to keep working. The world isn't ending.
But yes, the NCAA can suck a bag of dicks.

not that i'm disagreeing but can you give us some specific examples of times we were screwed over by these two that it wasn't (at least partially) our doing?
fulton was on him
the UF rain out debacle is on alleva

Can u believe Florida could not play in the rain???What a bag of dick heads!

a lot of people thought he had a chance. this is mainly due to propaganda put out by fulton's attorney and some members of the LSU media.

I'm going to give Alleva some slack on that one. He offered everything he could to UF to get the game played on the original weekend, with offers to play in Tiger Stadium, on Sunday, or even Monday night. UF refused all of them until it was too late. The sad part is that the SEC didn't come out with their "you can't go to the SECCG if you don't play that game" ruling until it was too late. If the SEC had said that on the Tuesday before the game was originally scheduled, the game would have gotten played on time.
But, yeah, he has made a ton of other mistakes.

It's the fans that chastise those who demand absolute excellence from the program that get to me. "appreciating what we have" is such bullshite when what we have is 9 win seasons when if we just focused more on the administrative issues we could be consistent a consistent 10-11 win team with those championship seasons coming a lot more frequntly.
