Dilapidated house off Highland near country club

Anyone else notice the rundown house off highland near CCL with a bunch of junkers in the front yard? The place is a complete eyesore. It amazes me that they haven’t been bought out yet. It looks totally out of place. It’s like someone took a north Baton Rouge home and plopped it near a bunch of high value properties.

Funny thing is that shitty house is probably more financially solvent than 75% of the McMansions in CCL.

I think developers have tried but the properties have been passed down and it's been a pain in the arse to find all the relevant parties and then to get them to agree

See now we are getting somewhere so that I can actually google map it. I lived not far from there for years and barely ever paid any attention to those houses. Now that I know what we are talking about, I too am surprised they haven't sold. I would imagine someone has offered a very pretty penny for that location on Highland.
