I don’t have a link, but I know this...
If LSU had not signed Burrow and Alexander in the off-season, then we would have spots for 27 in the 2019 class (counting at least 2 early enrollees as backcounters). There was actually a slot for a 3rd signee (up to 28 for 2019), by I just can’t remember who that 3rd transfer was at the moment.

Actually, I DO HAVE A LINK for you... and it’s the only one you need.

1 UGA = 26 signed
2 tOSU = 26 signed
3 Texas = 27 signed
So you think these 3 schools are all just skirting the rules and flaunting it in the NCAA’s collective face?
