My husband won't get tested but he "breathes funny" and truly snores at times. IDK how he wakes up rested.
Tell him that some dentists and doctors have "take at home" sleep study devices now that you drop off the next day and are scored by his primary or a sleep study specialist recommended by his doctor. No more sleeping in a lab to get the data back.
He needs to do this if he cares about himself or his family. There are so many bad things that come from poor sleep.
Eta the device I used was brand new and about the size of a shaving kit. It contained a finger pulse detector, heart monitor you wear around your chest that does some other things too and a thin tube you put under your nose.
Sure it's uncomfortable as hell but it's just one night and could save your life...
