re: Cities that are cooler than you think

Different vibe in St Pete. Pinellas has plenty of concentrated wealth; but, Tampa is quickly gaining steam. Lots of rejuvenated areas in the Channelside/Riverwalk/Heights and Ybor areas. The Tampa Bay Area has emerged as a legitimate culinary and craft scene with some great vacation destinations. Still struggling to get major businesses to call it home but the addition of Amazon and others is a good sign. The Economist even coined a term called “Tampapreneurs” as the City has the most entrepreneurs under 40 per capita in the country.
