Ridiculous.
If FQ businesses want cleaner streets and more cops in their neighborhood, they should tax themselves to pay for it. Suburban HOAs do that all the time and they don’t have tourism dollars to tap into.

They have. NOPD eventually gets themselves into the money they set aside for private policing...then you know what happens from there. Torres can only set the example so many times.
