MMA - Khabib wants $10 Million for Conor Fight

Saw on a youtube video, Khabib and his team are asking for $10 million for the Conor fight.
In Conor v Nate 2:
Conor got $3 million plus $8-10 mill from PPV
Nate got $2 million plus around $1 mill from PPV
Can Khabib get this kind of money? I don't think the market will support that much. I believe he can get $5 mill guaranteed though, with no PPV. Conor will sell the fight and get PPV numbers up, and probably get a similar deal to his second fight with Nate.

Watching how Conor picked apart Nate and Eddie, I'm very curious how Khabib gets inside for take down attempts without getting caught. I expect a lot of kicks right up the middle from Conor, and knees too, looking to catch Khabib coming in.
They are talking October 6th for the fight, I believe. That doesn't seem like enough time to market this to get the PPV numbers up. Maybe that's workable though.

UFC ppv numbers have been way down lately also.
Honestly I think Conor vs Ferguson sells just as many ppv as khabib.

Khabib's a hell of a guy to work out the kinks with. But I don't think Conor is a guy that takes anyone lightly. He comes ready to party every time.
Hopefully they make the fight before the end of the year. Maybe the NYE show, with Dustin v Tony featured on the main card, as well.

He is a smart fighter, but his striking defense isn't very good. Leave your head high and dry against Conor and he'll put you on queer street.
If I had to give a prediction, I'd say Khabib via 2nd or 3rd round sub. But you can't count Conor out. He's get steel in his hands.
