I think you hit the nail on the head here and honestly this is where I am coming from as well.

My question is what O is going to do if shite hits the fan or doesn't go as expected. I hope he trusts to let his coaches do their jobs. Not saying O shouldn't have input but pulling complete rank and interfering with the offense is what will hurt us. Hopefully Steve can get the job done, there is a lot of unknowns but we will see soon enough
