Well I doubt that unless the inside receptacle is dedicated. But a TV should be fine.
If your home isn't very old you might have 14/2 in the receptacle, if so you're fine with a feed from the indoor source. If it's 12 it'll just be tight. Depending on the box capacity it "might" be non code, but that's on you if you can make it fit. Good luck.
