You have to repair/make your visor. It scans and has way points everywhere once you fix your scanner.
Make sure you repair your inventory completely before working on the ship.

This is what’s killing me right now. All of my old shite doesn’t work to repair anything and I keep dying trying to get to a planet to farm the stuff lmao
