Sams has 3 packs of the reebok brand of dry fit type underwear. They are all I wear to work out, fish, or do anything outside. You’ll never chafe or get an itchy sack again.

The newer cool tech shirts also seem to help. Usually forced into working outdoors for about a 5-6 weeks out of the three hottest months so I never truly get adjusted and these have helped considerably. I've got several of the (cheap) Dickie brand since they have a shirt pocket although I'm sure others are just as good. These have helped save my nicer sun (uv) shirts a lot of wear and tear.

*eta: yep - camelback's really help you drink more since it's readily available; however a Yeti cup packed full of ice is a necessity this time of year. Even with having additional cold water around.

Haha, that's what I was wearing. Really confused about this since I do these activities all the time without this happening. I probably need a ball bra.
