That is because of math. Right now white male Christian are a majority. Increasing racial and ethnic diversity means the percentage of people of color must go up. If their percentage of the national population goes up, by default whites's population percentage goes down. On what planet is the bolded true? White men make up about 34% of the United States population and about 7% of the entire world.
I never hear anyone complaining about the "diversity" problem in the NBA.
I never hear anyone complaining there are too many Asian people in Japan or too many Middle Eastern people in Egypt.
My point stands. Only areas deemed "too white" or "too male" is diversity an issue. Any other makeup of races or genders, no matter how lopsided, is apparently fine.

In the context of specific workplaces or even specific careers this is, of course, false.

1. You seem like a queer. You may not be a queer, but you seem that way.
2. "Diversity" isn't solely oriented around the issue of skin color. For instance, whites are FAR MORE diverse in real terms than blacks or Asians or mexicans. So we know you aren't interested in diversity (actual). You are interested in the marxist concept of social justice. Strong, white, Christian, men must represent the oppressive ruling class, while your pet minorities represent the downtrodden lower class in need of your heroics.

True diversity is diversity of ideas and experiences. Only racists care about racial diversity.

Simple math., and it doesn’t necessarily follow that white males are being screwed out of anything
