"diversity" ALWAYS means: fewer whites, fewer men, fewer Christians.
ALWAYS.
Don't believe me? Next time you hear the word used, apply that test and see if it holds.

When affirmative action begins to take control of the education and hiring of engineers, trains will begin colliding and buildings will begin falling down.

That is because of math. Right now white male Christian are a majority. Increasing racial and ethnic diversity means the percentage of people of color must go up. If their percentage of the national population goes up, by default whites's population percentage goes down. So yes increasing racial and ethnic diversity means Christian, white, men's percentage will shrink. It's math.

The company I work for is trying to force the diversity and inclusion crap down our throats. What happened to wanting the best and brightest people?
