Something tells me it’s not “illegal,” but it’s not “legal” either. Like something that isn’t on the books at all, so it’s not a crime to have them. But, I bet the guy has just cause to file for harrasment or something. You can’t force people to stay anywhere you please.

if they arent illegal, they are legal. Laws tell you what you can not do. they dont tell you what you can do. people need to start understanding this. IF there isnt a law saying you cant do it, you can do it.

its a mosquito deterrent...there is an app for your phone that can do the same thing..people are mad that this old lady figured it out
