What are you supposed to do in-between the sprint segments? Jog until it's time to start again? Stop altogether?

They say you can either jog or walk. I typically walk for a bit in between intervals (400m or so?) just to get my HR back down to a reasonable rate. FWIW, I reeeeeally enjoy their speed/interval workouts ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Icondude.gif)
