50 oz of water...that is good to know !
Part of me hiring a coach was trusting he knows 1,000,000 times more than me.
I'm 2 weeks & 5 days out from White River Marathon (WRM) and just had my weekly talk and got my workout....This week is 43 miles with Wednesday speed workout & 14 Saturday. I was expecting much less.
I asked him about taper and he reminded me his plan for me deals with cumulative fatigue and he has faith in my ability to handle the miles. He said he would not give me something I could not take.
I have no pain, tweaks, and actually feel really fresh. He said my feedback factored into his programming for the week.
My mind still has me in Hal Higdon mode which would be 19 miles (3,5,3,8) this week but I'm committed to making bigger progress.

Trust him! I did about 40 my third to last week including a 14 mile long Saturday run. About 30 two weeks before. You’re good.
