Everyone else, thanks a ton.
I achieved my goal today of not thinking and allowing myself to be reckless. I wanted to push till my legs broke down and see if I would quit, walk, or keep running. For example, I was just off my 5K pr at the turn around and that was a tough pill to swallow knowing I had to do it again.
Of course the splits are ugly but I'm 100% ok with that today.
Moving forward it is good to know heavy legs still work and I can reset, focus on form, and push.

Temps are dropping and the paces are starting to drop a little bit too
