looks like one more solid week in the 90s and then a cooler labor day weekend as we start winding down the temps.
did a 97 degree run yesterday and planning on a long and very slow one this afternoon.
i'm going to be working on pushing it to 9:00+ miles on longer runs this next month because speed isn't going to be a factor for this race.
