It’s been like 3 years, and was part of recovery from a knee injury, but back then he showed me that I actually had too much forward lean and I needed to work on upping my cadence for better efficiency. I never really followed up, but I haven’t been injured since so...

But Kasey is good people. Chatted with him for a while at Zapp’s Beer Fest a couple weeks ago. The move to Oshner has been good for him.

My next meaningful event is my 1st full in January 2020 and that training plan starts September 1st.

My question is this --> What should I focus my Sunday long runs on until then ? I have a good chuck of time to work and improve and I dont mind getting after it.

This is my first time running without a "structured" plan so I'm lost and dont want to waste these months.
