Ran in the alter-g treadmill where they can remove weight to allow you to get a little running in while injured. PT had me warm up on it for 10 min. Ran with 30% of my bodyweight taken off. I need to lose 50 lbs. Made running a lot easier

Ha, I bet that feels weird. What's your ht/wt?

I think I'm going to go have gait analysis done after the 1st of the year. Same guy does some nerve conduction stuff also, so going to talk to him about my winged scapula while I'm there. I'd like to begin a working relationship with a local running doc/therapist, so this will help.
